Positive Experience

I was very happy to be assisted by Leonora, who projected knowledge about glasses and contact lenses, was professional, positive, and very helpful. I was at first hesitant when I received my new glasses, but Leonora reassured me that after having tried them out for a few days, if I was still unsatisfied, could return for a new reading/prescription. I have tried them now for the last couple of days, have adapted, and know that I will be happy with my new glasses moving forward. Thank you for another positive experience at Eyes on Elm!
